Physical Description: Bartimaeus has a lean, athletic build that compliments his pale skin. His arms are etched slightly from him training and have to fight for survival on Tequila Wolf. He has cerulean hair, hair that he inherits from his father. He has a armor plated abdomen four rows deep. His hair is a unique feature of his and is styled in a way that makes him unmistakable to others. It's rose pink color points fingers towards him that he the boy who escaped Tequila Wolf. He is Batimaeus and will one day rule over all with a steady yet steel fist.

Clothing: Bartimaeus wears a white button up shirt most of the time. The jackets he wears varies on the conditions of the island he's on. Sometimes they are long sleeves with hoods while most of the time one could catch him wearing his signature one from Tequila Wolf. A jacket that is given to the slavers to protect them from the cold. It's very expansive and plain, but thanks to Bart's ingenuity, he has made it quite stylish. As of now he carries what little he can in a bache bag that he wraps across his chest. His pants are a dark purple and he wears various accessories. Such as crimson and brown belts around his waist and thigh. On his hands are custom gloves that he received as a gift from Orion.

Personality Bartimaeus is very rebellious. He sees authority as his direct opposite and would much rather live his life with absolute freedom than follow orders. When matters of the heart is involved, the boy tries his best to stay clear of it, as he is rather dense in most situations.
Carefree and happy it's not hard to see why many in Tequila Wolf likes him. He was one of the first oppose the government when they attempted to change their way of living and has since devoted most of his life of combating their rule. Bart has a saying " Keep to your goal in your fist will clear the path. " A rather instinctive motto that he barely have to remind himself to follow. He thinks with his heart and charges head first when a friend or love one is in danger and will be the first to rectify and the punish the perpetrator. No matter the cost or way. He'll find a way to his goal and even though this sometimes lead him in life risking situations, he's willing to face the consequences.

History Bartimaeus was born in the cold land of Tequila Wolf, there he was forced to learn quick or die. His parents were among the weary and tired workers of that land, those who attempted to flee, and those who were killed instantly afterwards. He was left an orphan. When he turned 11 he also begin working on the massive bridge, in order to earn the money he needed to live a less than adequate life. While at work one day the boy had begun struggling to carry his load, when a man stopped to help him out. Warning him in a stern voice that if he didn't keep up he would be tossed over the bridge like garbage. After that encounter, Bart begin to hang around the former pirate more and more. He eventually learn the name and background of the Pirate. Orion " Cosmos Breaker " Albion. He was worth 250 million berries when he was at large for attempting to take on the government with his crew, The Etheria Pirates. The man and kid, shared many adventures as the years went by, eventually turning the old man, ill and boy stronger.

2 years later, Bartimaeus is now 13 and has grown much stronger from the heavy lifting and backbreaking work of building the bridge. He is much taller than his earlier 4'6" standing and is now 5'6". The old man comments on his improved strength often and though he is ill , he hadn't slowed down in his work either. Bartimaeus later asked Orion what the sea was like, which he responded by saying. " The sea, it is freedom incarnate. It is the one place where you can do as you like and not worry about the consequences. There is where humanity truly belongs. At sea. " Feeling compelled by Orion's story and his own hatred towards the navy and authority, he decided the sea was the place for him. Upon this realization, he asks Orion to train him in the art of being of Pirate. Orion who after a sternness talk-through agreed. In which over the first year he trained both Bartimaeus's body and mind.

Within the first year the two happen to be running down the bridge. Over 18 hours had past and they were both still running. Orion and Bartimaeus had an unusual amount of stamina, but who could deny them. They had both been training hard for a year and before that they had both led grueling lives that forced them to be strong. As Bartimaeus ran he suddenly felt a large pain burst at the crown of his head, knocking him to the snow covered bridge. After standing up he noticed a large swirled fruit and almost instantly Orion with his willowy brows told him what it was. A devil fruit. He questioned the boy as to if he would eat it or not, the irony of it all being that once you eat it your weakness becomes the sea itself. Bart looked at the fruit than gave the man a " Hell yea I'am. " The boy took a bite out the fruit, effectively spitting it out as soon as he tasted the disgusting flavor it held. The two searched for any noticeable changes but found none. After seeing none the two continued on their way.

When they returned and Orion's old lady tried to pinch Bart's chick, it became obvious what he had become. His skin became flexible - almost rubber-like. His cheek stretched to over three feet before she let go and smacked him in the face. Bart gripped his cheek in shock, than in anger yelled. " What the hell. My face. Why would you do that !?! " Orion laughed. He told Bart that that power was a great a gift and wouldn't fail him if he honed it right.

Which he spent the next two years doing. Afterwards he found himself ready and once again changed. His body held more muscles and his structure was sound and sturdy. He could perform feats that many believed supernatural. Such as lifting four stone blocks at once and each block weighed easily over 200lbs. It made him the talk of the town. After learning all he could from Orion, Bart told him that he would depart for the sea soon, giving the old man a chance to come along. It took months of careful planning to get everything he needed, which was one small ship. And when the day came he would unveil his plan to the world. As everyone worked and the cloud covered sun was at it's peak, Bart executed a complicated maneuvers that left the guards on duty confused than leaped off the bridge towards the ocean.

With his training he was capable of stretching his arm and grabbing a hold on the ship. Recoiling himself rapidly he hit the back of the ship than flipped onto it. He laughed and waved at Orion and his old lady as he sailed off to begin his journey.

Many days at sea and with little to eat, almost left Bart dead in only the first stretch of his journey. He laid unconscious on the wooden planks of his one man, fishermen boat. It wasn't until he woke up later that he realized someone had rescued him from his disastrous situation. A woman name Nicole actually fed him and housed him for a couple days as he healed up from his two week voyage. Throughout the time he was in Orangetown he made several visits throughout the small village. Seeing just how far the Navy had gone to ensure " Peace " in the East Blue. He thought hard about his decision to become a pirate, than came to the conclusion that he knew little of the world outside the East Blue, heck outside of Tequila Wolf. He was a fool to begin such a journey.

One day he returned to his temporary home and found Nicole held up by Navy soldiers. They declared him under arrest for the claim of killing Tequila Wolf resident. Orion Albion and his wife. Shocked at the declaration, Bartimaeus raised his fist in protection and defiled their orders. Saving Nicole in the process, who no longer wanted anything to do with a murderous pirate. That night, Bart had to lay low in a abandon pet store until morning. His mind kept rushing back to the fact that he had to return to his boat get the hell off the island. Also, the thoughts of Orion possibly being dead surfaced a couple of times, but he quickly drowned it. Thinking that Orion wouldn't die that easily.

After numerous encounters with the navy, Bartimaeus finally came close to the port. Their he was met with the commanding officer in charge. A hard battle ensued to halt his descent to his boat. They both exchanged hard blows and Bartimaeus eventually begin to feel his will fading. The two had taken out a couple of buildings here and there as they fought, until finally Bartimaeus was able to deliver a devastating knee to the navy man's temple. The man fell and as he laid on the ground, unable to move, he asked the boy his name. " I- I'am... I'm.. I'm Bartimaeus Leal ! And I'm a PIRATE !! " He proclaimed to himself. Orangetown's port was blocked by a wall of flames from a gas explosion during the fight. It's ambers lit the night sky with floating fireflies. Wit that said, Bart stumbled to his ship with a bag of fruit and headed off towards the next Island. Hoping to escape the eyes of the Navy for a little while.

Extra Information
Extra Clothing: A light blue scarf, with swirls going around the hems. He sometimes where this as a sash across his waist.
Extra Weapons: Small pirate sword on his hip. He barely uses it but when he does, he mainly swings it around carelessly.

Rp Sample: Bart laid back on the floor of his fisherman's boat. The sea was calm and yet he felt a storm brewing somewhere else. He sat up in the mouth of the boat and looked up towards the clear sky. Even now, he still felt as if he was in danger. " Arghh. I can't believe the navy was on my ass so quick. I only left Tequila Wolf a couple of weeks ago. I hope Orion is okay. " He stood up in his boat, placing his hand over his brows to block the sun's light. As he squinted, he begin to shape out the small, darken spec of another island. His rose pink hair blew with the quick departure of a westward wind. His boat drifted closer to the island. A sigh was released as he forced a smile on his face. . " Let's hope this isn't Orange Town all over again. " He said.

Name: Gomu Gomu No Mi (Rubber Rubber Fruit)
Description: This fruit grants the skin of person elasticity or stretchy-ness in another sense of the word. It allows Bartimaeus to survive to perform feats that others would have believed to be impossible or miracles. Such as surviving falls that would kill lesser beings or making a closer range attack into a mid or long range technique. Bartimaeus entire body has become rubbery, including his organs and such. Which has it pluses and negatives. This fruits strength really depends on the users ability to adapt and be imaginative. If you can't picture any other way than to fight than just diving headstrong in, than this fruit will be useless to you.

Devil Fruit: Parmecia

Devil Fruit Control: Bartimaeus always believes himself to have complete control over his Devil Fruit, but in actuality he only has the basics down. He doesn't really understand the concept of elasticity. He doesn't know that power can be gained through this ability and really only knows that from two years of training, his punches and body parts are now capable of inconceivable reaches. Though maybe he'll catch on one day. He has learned to jump higher than most because of his Devil Fruit's power. Hopefully this will hint at some new abilities and techniques.

Name: Latent Observation Haki
Description: As of now, Bartimaeus can only sense the nature of others. He doesn't understand or know the full possibilities of Haki. It's profound him that he can sometimes sense the emotions and intent in the wills of weak people. Mostly commoners and peasants. He doesn't have official knowledge of this ability.

Name: Latent Conquers Haki
Description: This Haki has always been present inside of Bartimaeus. It was note by many when he was young that during his fits of rage many would feel a overwhelming sense of fears and helplessness. It seems over time his ill will and inability to train this Haki has weakened it's dormant power. It only works when he's enraged, which is rarely. Bartimaeus can fight without becoming angry, thanks to Orion's training. Also, just to clarify this doesn't work on those that is the same rank or higher than him. At most these powerful foes will feel a intimidating spirit over the boy, threatening their lives. He has no knowledge of this power inside of him.

Name: Latent Armament Haki
Description: He doesn't use this at all. Maybe he could train it. He doesn't even understand the power behind it or know what it is.
