Level 1 -
The user at this stage is able to rapidly grow and manipulate plantlife. Either from the seeds contained within them on in the immediate area. Unfortinately for oppents it is common for plants to grow in hostile environments which even at this stage the plant plant user can display

Level 2 - Current
The user at this stage is able to toughen and sharpen the plants that are rapidly grown to increase their offensive and defencive capabilities. This stage provides the user with signifigant range for their abilities

Level 3 -
The user at this stage is able to produce masses of plants to be manipulated. The user is now able to cause trees and plantlife to grow rapidly over large area's enabling the user to grow an entire forest

Weakness of the Plant Plant
Unlike most devil fruits the plant plant cannot create handheld objects with the exception of a whip. Winter islands will prove troublesome as it will slow down the growth of the plants.
Strengths of the Plant Plant
The user can use decorative plant items on an opponent as a means of offence. Able to contain seeds within their body. The users abilities provide a food source due to seeds contained within their body and the ability to rapidly grow them. It can also be used to repair parts of broken ships or destroy opponents ships
